01. Hello! My name is Milk (she/her) I'm 26 years old and I've been playing FFXIV since the end of Shadowbringers. I've been RPing for a while since then, on and off with mostly venue RP and Free Company/Group RP when I've the time.02. My timezone is GMT+8, so naturally I'm not that available during most NA timezones, being only generally available weekend afternoons/nights my time (Friday/Sat/Sun). I'm also a student, so I'm generally very busy. But with planning and agreed meeting times, I can be flexible! Just let me know when you're available as well03. I do prefer ingame when possible, but I'm very open and can do Discord RP, considering with wonky timezones and all. I tend to be wordy, and also take a lot of time to reply, especially if in game so if we are standing there for 5 minutes, please be patient. I will also be patient for slow typers too! However, I always try to adjust/mirror what I'm given to remain fair to my partner(s). My discord is available upon request. I am also entirely open to DC travel for RP!04. Of course, all usual disclaimers apply. I am not my character, IC=/=OOC. BIOGRAPHY.
He was born to an noble Imperial military family, to an unloving mother and a strict father. They're both dead now. Don't ask. He'll just lie to you, probably.He excelled at all the things a good Garlean soldier was supposed to be good at; marksmanship, magitek, murder, manipulation, all the good stuff. He didn't make friends, he made people scared of him and he liked that too. Of course, he climbed the ranks. Competence gets noticed, and being terrifyingly good at your job gets you promoted fast. No one cared that he was a monster, because he was their monster.Eventually, they sent him to Doma. He was a natural at subjugating rebellion and putting down insurgents because he genuinely enjoyed it. Interrogation, intimidation, making people disappear... that wasn't work, that was like a hobby he got paid for. He was good at it, and he loved being good at it.When the Eorzeans and their pet savages came knocking, Doma fell. No surprise there. Jesse got out, because he's a survivor, not a martyr. Dying for a losing cause is just stupid, and he's definitely not stupid. As the Empire continued to eat itself from the inside out and the world decided to end because of those dreaded so-called Final Days, he slipped away from the chaos. He was never loyal to the flag, only to the opportunities it gave him.Now he's a sellsword, mostly. The money's good and the jobs are easy, especially when you don't have anything to hold you back. He usually keeps the Third Eye covered, obviously. No need to make things harder than they have to be. He's just another handsome face with a charming smile and a sharp blade, willing to do whatever for the right price. Just try not to get on his bad side. Or his good side.It rather likely ends the same way.

Jesse acts as a sellsword, obviously hiding his Garlean heritage from most employers. He'll do any job that anyone is willing to pay him to do, and maybe, he enjoys doing jobs that provide him a bit of a challenge. Jesse was stationed in Doma during his time in service to the Empire. There he specialized in counter-insurgency and crushing rebelion, up until the point of Doma's liberation. It was then he abandoned his post, because his patriotism, frankly, always lacked. Maybe you recognize Imperial soldier who acted just as ruthless as they often are.
GARLEAN ROOTS
Jesse is a Garlean Pureblood, but he only rarely identifies as such in most public settings. It's a truth he knows can close many doors, so he keeps it rather private, often hiding his Third Eye via a headband or circlet. He is extremely careful about revealing who he actually is, because he actually doesn't want to invite himself into more trouble than he needs to be in. Jesse has little loyalty to the Empire, but another part of him misses the systems and the order, the way he could flourish within a hierarchy of power....SHARED HISTORY

If you're on the lookout for a villain, then look no further. Jesse freely enjoys antagonizing anyone he thinks is 'too good' for the cruel world they live in. He has no friends, believes in nothing like friendship, and will gladly be the worst person in the room, just because he does find it somewhat entertaining.
